A simple interaction
Three things. A few moments.
We want participating to feel natural: easy to begin, useful to revisit, and interesting each time.
Have your say
Express a view in a few taps. There's no need to explain or argue your position.
See the picture
Explore how participating people respond. Return to see how views evolve over time.
A longer view
Opinions aren't always permanent.
As new information emerges, people sometimes change their minds—and sometimes become more certain of what they already think.
ToggleVox is being designed to preserve that history: what you thought, when you thought it, and how your views developed as events unfolded.
Read about our approachOur intention
To help more voices be heard—and make public opinion easier to understand, without requiring debate or confrontation.
Our early research will describe participating users. Any future claims about population-wide opinion will require suitable statistical validation.
Built around choice
Your voice. Your history.
Our planned participant accounts are passkey-first, with no requirement to provide a civil name, postal address, email address or telephone number.
Our aim is to make expressing an opinion easy without turning personal opinion histories into a public profile.
Any future email updates would be a separate, voluntary choice—not a condition for using the app.
What comes next?
We're developing the first mobile experience.
ToggleVox is currently in development. We intend to begin with a manageable local launch while making room for questions across wider geographical scopes.
Interested in the project, research opportunities or the launch? We'd be glad to hear from you.
