What the website does

This website provides information about a mobile app in development. The site currently has no participant accounts, voting, mailing-list signup or embedded analytics scripts. It does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies.

Technical operation

Our website hosting and content-delivery services process technical information necessary to deliver the site and maintain security. This can include IP addresses, request timestamps and details about browser requests. We do not use these records to construct profiles of visitors. Technical logs are subject to the hosting configuration and its retention settings.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use it to reply and manage your enquiry. Email is handled by our chosen business email provider. We do not automatically add people who contact us to a marketing list.

Newsletter and the future mobile app

There is no newsletter registration on the current website. If we introduce one, we will explain the provider, purpose, retention and withdrawal arrangements, and request any necessary marketing consent. The future mobile app will have its own detailed privacy information before it becomes available.
